Subscription Agreement

1. Agreement Overview

This Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions under which Tri County Power Washing delivers recurring exterior cleaning and property maintenance services (collectively, "Services") to you ("Client"). By subscribing to a recurring maintenance plan or package, you accept this Agreement.

2. Description of Services

Tri County Power Washing provides ongoing, recurring exterior cleaning and property maintenance assistance. Depending on your chosen subscription tier, services may include:

• Scheduled pressure washing and soft washing of driveways, walkways, and hardscapes.
• Recurring roof, gutter, and exterior building washes.
• Routine window, solar panel, and storefront cleaning.
• Seasonal or custom maintenance visits scheduled to a recurring cadence.

3. Payments, Billing & Recurring Terms

Subscribers are billed in advance on a recurring cycle starting on the date of activation. Payments are processed automatically. All subscription fees are fully non-refundable. If a payment fails, services will be paused automatically until billing is resolved.

4. Cancellation & Pauses

You may cancel your recurring maintenance subscription at any time. To prevent the next billing cycle, Client must provide written notice (via email to mike@tricountypowerwashing.net) at least 30 days prior to the next scheduled renewal date. Services will continue through the end of the paid cycle.

5. Scope & Property Access

Client agrees to provide reasonable access to the property, exterior water supply, and power (where applicable) needed to perform subscribed Services. Tri County Power Washing will make reasonable efforts to notify Client in advance of scheduled visits and to reschedule around weather or access issues.

6. Disclaimers & Limitations

While we use best practices to safely clean and maintain exterior surfaces, Tri County Power Washing does not guarantee the complete removal of staining, organic growth, or damage caused by pre-existing conditions of the surface being cleaned. Our maximum aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid by Client to Tri County Power Washing during the one billing cycle preceding any claim.
